Get in touch

Call 01582 35 31 31 Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday, 9am–3pm. Sunday closed. Let us know the make and model of your vehicle and which area has been damaged.

If more than one panel is affected, mention each area. A brief explanation of what happened is a helpful starting point.

02

Discuss an assessment

The vehicle may need to be seen to understand the condition of the panels, paintwork and surrounding areas. Call ahead to discuss a suitable time to visit the workshop.

We’re at Unit B3, Holly Street, Luton, LU1 3XG. Find our contact and location details.

03

Understand the proposed work

Discuss the areas to be repaired, whether paintwork is involved and what the repair is expected to include. This is the time to ask questions about cost and likely timing.

The scope of the damage, any parts needed and workshop availability can all affect the arrangements.

04

Agree your arrangements

Once the next step is clear, discuss bringing your vehicle in and how you’ll be contacted about the work. Ask about the arrangements for collection and any care advice relevant to the repair.
